6-year-old noah pozner, who was among the 20 children killed at sandy hook elementary told anderson there were fake websites, facebook pages and e-mails going around asking for donations in noah's name. drew griffin and producer david fitzpatrick tracked one of those e-mails to a woman in the bronx. her name was noelle alba, and went to her house. here is what happened next. >> oh, hi, are you ms. alba? you set up, you say, donations on behalf of one of the victims of the newtown tragedy. >> no. >> no? your name and your address on the e-mail? can i come in with a camera crew? no? >> alba eventually agreed to let her voice be recorded and denied she had anything to do with the e-mail asking for donations. here's more of what she told producer david fitzpatrick. >> this has your e-mail on it right there. this is about noah pozner's funeral. >> i never sent that. >> take a look at it, ma'am. it's got your e-mail all over it. look at the second page. gives your paypal account and a bank routing number you say you set up. >> that's not my paypal account. i mean, i have a paypal account

and the unimaginable damage from superstorm sandy and more. >>> we'll start with another winter storm getting ready to wallop a large swath of the country. maria larosa has the details. >> it places like arkansas just a few days ago under blizzard warnings. now we're talking about freezing rain advisories. also, the winter weather advisories. you see the advisories stretch back into the ohio valley, back into the northeast. that's basically the trail of the snow with this next system. so over the next 24 to 48 hours we'll see it develop. it will continue through the south with thunderstorms and showers. not to the extent of the severe weather with the last round, but you can see enough cold air you start to see the snow develop from ohio to pennsylvania. moving into d.c. overnight tonight, into philadelphia and new york by saturday morning and on up into boston by saturday afternoon. it's a quick mover. generally speaking, the snow totals will be on the light side. we'll start in the next 24 hours. ohio valley, indianapolis, you could end up with an additional 3 to 6 inches of snowfall. as it moves

where public schools allow guns on campus. but in the wake of the shooting at sandy hook, the push is on to add more states to that list. arizona's attorney general wants every school principal or the designee armed. in ohio, applications for one shooting course for teachers are up 20%. arming teachers is a lot like arming airline pilots. simply knowing that someone on campus might be carrying a gun could be enough to stop the bad guys. in 1997, an armed high school vice principal in mississippi did manage to stop a 16-year-old shooter on a rampage. but there was also columbine. 15 people died and the armed security guard on campus and another one nearby could not stop it. >> the nra's blanket call to arm our schools is really nothing more than a distraction. >> reporter: some teachers in utah say they want more gun training. and organizers are already planning another class for the next holiday break. cecilia vega, abc news, los angeles. >> you didn't have any armed teachers when you grew up, did you? >> i did. i had an armed teacher, not a teacher, an officer and a drug sniffing

't believe there's anyone in this chamber that doesn't understand the devastating impact of sandy on the northeast and the pain and the suffering that has come from that. i don't think there's anyone in this chamber that doesn't understand that this is an emergency supplemental appropriation that is needed now to address this pain and suffering and help rebuild and help provide the relief necessary to these people and businesses and others in the north east. and we want do that. but the bill before us presented by the democrats -- the presiding officer: could we have order, please. mr. schumer: could we have order, please. i can't hear the senator from indiana. mr. coats: the bill presented by the other side throws out $60-plus billion to address not just immediate needs but also future needs for future storms and even unrelated issues not related to sandy. the coats alternative, which i hope to gain support for, documents what is needed, takes that documentation provided by fema, s.b.a., all the agencies involved and more than generously compensates for what is needed between now
